Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders for patients at Delmar Gardens on The Green-Chesterfield, MO. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with families and the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred) and has experience developing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
