Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The role requires a Master’s in SLP, an active state SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification; prior experience is preferred.

You will develop individualized plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on communication strategies and safety. Position is full-time at Delmar Gardens on The Green in Chesterfield, MO, with comprehensive benefits,

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
