Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for Elmwood Health & Rehab Center in West Carrollton, OH. The role supports speech, language, and swallowing disorders with evidence-based assessments and treatment plans. Part-time with growth to full-time; daytime hours.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, active OH SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification; 1 year of experience preferred. Positions offer 401k with company match and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License is required; ASHA CCC-SLP is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
