Qualifications

• Requires doctoral level education and leadership in graduate SLP programs.
• Experience in teaching at graduate level and education administration preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and data analysis skills in higher education.
• Ability to recruit, hire and supervise faculty and staff across satellite campuses.

Responsibilities

• Implement program goals consistent with university policies.
• Collect and provide outcome data for program governance and external agencies.
• Participate in Program Director Council for policy development.
• Oversee core and contributing faculty and supervise training of faculty.
• Lead recruitment and hiring of contributing faculty and lab assistants.
• Manage local clinical education office responsibilities and resources.
• Coordinate with campus facilities and student services for satisfaction.
• Plan events and support budget development with program director.
