This campus-based role partners with faculty, program leadership, and governance structures to advance professional growth and scholarly engagement across career stages. The Executive Director will lead development programs, individualized consultations, and institution-wide initiatives, while ensuring continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Education or closely related degree.
• At least 10 years of higher education instructional experience.
• Experience with faculty development, governance, and leadership pathways.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and assessment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for iLIFE and iLEARN initiatives and evaluate effectiveness.
• Collaborate with faculty and academic leaders to identify development needs and align initiatives.
• Develop and deliver professional development on leadership, governance, and collaboration.
• Provide coaching and consultation to faculty on career planning and advancement.
• Design onboarding and year-long development sequences for core and contributing faculty.
