Flagship Therapy in Irving, TX is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in a post-acute setting, delivering medically necessary care.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• New grads welcome; open to all experience levels.
• Paid Ampcare or comparable certification offered.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication and/or swallowing disorders and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled treatment interventions per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Administer procedures including therapeutic exercises and wound care as appropriate.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulations.
