Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Slovak-speaking customer support specialist to assist Booking.com customers in Greece. You will respond via phone, email, and chat, handling bookings and account questions during relocation.

Relocation is provided, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in an international environment across Europe. English is required along with Slovak language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluent Slovak (C1/C2) written and verbal
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to document interactions clearly in systems
• Eligible to work in Greece or willing to relocate with relocation support

Requirements

You must have a C1/C2 level ofSlovak, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

You must have a valid EU passport.
