Mercier Consultancy in Greece is seeking a Finnish-speaking customer service professional to join Booking.com's support team. You’ll assist travelers from around the world, handling bookings, inquiries, and account-related questions via phone, email, and chat.

Relocation is supported with a fully paid package, plus a competitive monthly salary and performance bonus. Candidates must have Finnish (C1/C2) and strong English, with EU passport and eligibility to work in Greece.

Qualifications

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Finnish, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be living in Greece or willing to relocate with relocation support.

Responsibilities
