Mercier Consultancy in Greece is hiring a Polish-speaking customer support agent to assist Booking.com customers across Europe. You will handle bookings inquiries, changes, cancellations, and account questions via phone, email, and chat, maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

This full-time role offers relocation to Greece, a supportive international team, and the opportunity to gain valuable cross-border experience in hospitality tech.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Polish written and spoken required.
• High level of English required.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/cover letter.
• EU passport required.

Requirements

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Polish, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
