Maverick Casino & Hotel Elko is seeking a Slots Technician to maintain and operate slot machines in a busy casino environment. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and availability for guests.

The position requires standing for long periods, attention to detail, and the ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Control Board licensing. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of slot machine functions and operations.
• Basic understanding of slot machine repair/maintenance.
• Ability to work safely with electrical and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety policies and procedures and ensure proper use of machinery.
• Monitor and maintain all slot equipment.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on slot machines and related equipment.
• Approve slot vouchers for payouts and document as required.
• Keep Slot Manager and Lead Slot Technician informed of issues.
• Comply with Nevada Gaming Control Board policies and company rules.
