Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card.
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Safeguards company assets at all times.
• Circulates in slot machine areas and maintains customer service.
• Prepare or approve slot payout vouchers for fills and jackpots.
• Resolve customer disputes and answer questions regarding slot machines.
• Maintain knowledge of Play Maverick loyalty program and basic game offerings.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
• Be 21 years of age and perform related duties as required.
