Maverick Gaming is hiring a Slots Guest Service Representative at Maverick Casino & Hotel Elko. The role supports customers across the slot area, working with floor staff to ensure prompt service and resolution of issues.

Responsibilities include processing slot payouts, assisting with disputes, maintaining machine cleanliness, and providing a friendly, professional guest experience. Must be 21+ with mountable gaming credentials and stable shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Card.
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Handle money with accuracy and courtesy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards company assets at all times.
• Circulates the slot machine area assigned.
• Provides prompt customer service in collaboration with colleagues.
• Prepare or approve slot payout vouchers for fills and jackpots.
• Assists in resolving customer disputes.
• Answers questions about slot machines within authority.
• Perform minor repairs and keep machines clean.
