Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Player’s Club Representative to serve as the frontline ambassador for the casino’s loyalty program. You will enroll new members, assist with account setup, and respond to inquiries about balances and rewards to ensure a personalized guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on confidentiality and compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a guest-facing role preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and explain the loyalty program, benefits, and promotions.
• Enroll new members and assist with account setup and verification.
• Respond to inquiries about point balances, tier status, offers, and redemption.
• Promote promotions and events to drive engagement.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity for member transactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, hotel, and gaming departments.
