Job summary

Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Slot Technician to provide technical and service support on the slot floor, ensuring compliance with SOPs, policies, and gaming regulations. The role supports the Slot Operations team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service on the slot floor.
• Make repairs, replace parts, and perform machine maintenance on slot machines.
• Comply with PR&C, state and federal rules and regulations.
• Stay current with machine maintenance for all manufacturers operated at PR&C.
• Work under direction of Slot Operations management and supervisors.
