Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast is seeking a Slot Project Coordinator to keep the slot floor running smoothly, blending hands-on maintenance with project coordination.

You will lead the Slot Tech team, partner with gaming leadership, and manage upgrades, moves, and special projects while ensuring safe, compliant operations and a high-quality gaming experience for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; electronic certificate or related degree preferred.
• Six (6) years repair or electronic maintenance experience; may substitute two years technical training.
• Ability to read electronic schematics and repair manuals.
• Experience with hand tools and electrical tools.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintains normal operations of EGM equipment through routine maintenance and repairs.
• Verifies EGM jackpots and ensures compliant processes.
• Ensures adherence to gaming regulations and Title 31.
• Monitors slot floor operations and provides technical support to other departments.
• Leads training and development of Slot Technicians.
• Coordinates with Gaming Operations Manager on projects from planning through completion.
• Oversees scheduling of Slot Technicians to meet timelines.
• Supports marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Troubleshoots issues using diagnostic equipment and performs repairs.
