Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and computer hardware is desirable.

- Good communication and customer service skills are important.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with electronic gaming machines.
- Replace faulty components and parts to repair machines and minimize downtime.
- Assist in setting up and configuring new electronic gaming machines.
- Program and update software for game themes and promotional content.
- Maintain inventory of machine parts and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Follow gaming regulations and keep records of maintenance activities.
- Perform preventive maintenance on a regular schedule.
