Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort in Medford, Oregon seeks a Slot Project Coordinator to keep the slot floor running with hands-on technical expertise and strong project coordination. You will supervise the Slot Tech team, work with gaming leadership, and ensure upgrades and moves are executed smoothly while maintaining high-quality gaming experiences for guests and staff.

The role emphasizes detailed maintenance, safety, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years repair or electronic maintenance skills are required.
• Ability to safely work with hand operated and electric tools.
• Reads electronic schematics and utilizes repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain normal operations of EGM equipment through routine maintenance and repairs.
• Verify EGM jackpots and ensure compliant processes.
• Lead and train Slot Technicians across levels.
• Coordinate with Gaming Operations Manager on slot projects and floor moves.
• Provide technical support to Slot Floor team to ensure uninterrupted operations.
