Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a Lead Slot Technician to oversee maintenance and project completion of casino slot machines on a busy floor. You will work with vendors and the Gaming Commission to troubleshoot and repair, ensuring machines stay on-line and revenue is optimized.

The role also involves training technicians, leading projects, and documenting repairs and maintenance in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree or above in electronics, networking, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years' advanced slot technical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with Vendors and the Gaming Commission to install, repair, and investigate machine issues; troubleshoots to restore faulty slot machine equipment.
• Keeps gaming machines operating at acceptable levels with general and advanced maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Programs game set-up options and tests for accuracy to ensure games perform within selected options.
