In this role, you will supervise the Casino Beverage team and Slot Attendants, ensuring excellent guest service and operational compliance. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and at least one year of slot experience, with strong communication and guest service skills. This position demands the ability to work in a dynamic, smoke-filled environment and to handle confidential guest information professionally.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills, preferred but not required.

• Ability to establish rapport with other team members throughout the casino.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times—be able to work in a smoke filled casino environment with loud noises and lights.
• Must be able to obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Casino Beverage team and Slot Attendants.
• Ensure prompt response to guest needs at all times.
• Verify and process jackpot payouts in a timely manner.
• Through teamwork with others, ensure great guest service and prompt response to guests’ needs at all times.
• Assure that the slot machines are operating properly and that all jackpot payoffs are executed in a timely manner according to company policy.
• Verify, process, and authorize jackpot payouts.
• Support and assist Slot Attendants and Beverage personnel on the Casino Floor.
• Other various duties as assigned by the Slot Manager.

The successful candidate will provide friendly, courteous and efficient guest service and ensure a prompt response to all guests’ needs. This position supervises the Casino Beverage team in addition to the Slot Attendants.

• Adhere to all department and property policies, procedures, and internal controls
