Job summary

Treasure Chest Casino is seeking a Slot Supervisor to oversee the slot department during assigned shifts. The role emphasizes safeguarding slot funds, enforcing policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a lively casino environment.

The ideal candidate has management experience in gaming and strong communication and customer service skills, with responsibility for scheduling, staff supervision, and addressing customer disputes on the casino floor.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots, preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related management experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Performance of this job will take place in both an office setting as well as the casino floor.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, instruct, and evaluate slot service personnel in the proper performance of job duties.
  • Respond to and resolve customer disputes / complaints.
  • Perform minor repairs to gaming devices, including but not limited to clearing jams, resetting machines, and verifying jackpots.
  • Accurately complete written department forms and records detailing payment of jackpots, cash coin transactions, machine malfunctions, etc. in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and implement work schedule in response to business demands.
  • Maintain secure key controls at all times.
  • Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly, courteous rapport with customers and employees.
  • Effectively communicate by two-way radio.
  • Other duties as assigned
