You will supervise attendants, techs, and supervisors while partnering with finance and compliance to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in casino slot operations, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

3–5 years of casino slot operations experience, with supervisory or management duties.
Strong understanding of slot analytics, performance metrics, and revenue optimization.
Knowledge of Nevada gaming regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily slot floor operations to ensure optimal machine uptime, placement, and performance.
Analyze slot performance metrics (coin-in, hold %, theoretical win) and adjust strategy accordingly.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute slot marketing and promotional initiatives.
Manage slot mix, including new game selection, conversions, and removals.
Hire, train, schedule, and develop slot department staff (attendants, techs, supervisors).
Maintain records related to jackpots, fills, credits, and machine audits; ensure reporting accuracy.
