Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Slot Operations Dual Rate Supervisor who will supervise slot operations and assist as a slot attendant as needed. The role emphasizes world-class hospitality, loyalty building, and legendary guest experiences.

Candidates should have strong coaching and leadership skills, sharp communication, and the ability to navigate gaming regulations. Prior casino or gaming service experience is preferred; associates degree or equivalent is encouraged.

Competenze

• Associates degree (or equivalent) preferred.
• 2+ years leadership in service or gaming environment preferred.
• Casino or Gaming experience a plus; service experience required.
• Strong operational background in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Responsible for supporting Slot Operations Management in hiring, training, and process/procedure development.
• Maintains working knowledge of gaming laws and internal controls.
• Implements strategies to improve guest service and guest service scores.
• Ensures procedures protect gaming operations from loss due to error or theft.
• Leads by example; proficient in duties of work groups.
• Recognizes and rewards outstanding team member performance.
• Coaches and mentors assigned personnel in operations and equipment use.
• Supports loyalty program by managing customer accounts in the CMS.
• Authorizes guest compliments to recognize loyal players according to guidelines.
• Quickly resolves guest problems to maintain satisfaction.
