Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Dual Rate Slot Supervisor/Shift Manager to lead the Slots team on their shift and deliver top-tier customer service. You will oversee staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve guest concerns, and keep operations smooth on the casino floor while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include supervising slot operations, enforcing policies, maintaining staffing, handling complaints, and understanding slot paytables and self-serve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, procedures, and PGCB regulations.

Responsibilities
