The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of casino operations experience, strong English communication, and a professional appearance. You will train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver excellent guest service while managing schedules and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1–2 years in casino operation, preferably Slots.
• Knowledge of casino rules and procedures for slot operations.
• Effective English communication, both verbal and written.
• Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
• Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Gaming License and Alcohol Card required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing levels, bank/floor assignments and schedules.
• Train slot employees with clear direction.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Provide directives to meet standards and goals.
• Exhibit sound decision making and supervisory skills.
• Assist in jackpot and fill transactions; know slot machines.
• Maintain security of games, money and staff.
• Build relationships with customers and handle disputes.
• Ensure timely performance reviews and disciplinary notices.
• Monitor and coach staff; ensure on-floor management.
• Recommend improvements to improve efficiency and business.
