Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to learn all Slot games and to explain rules to guests.

Responsibilities

• To serve and assist customers by redeeming tickets, making change and explaining game play to new players in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Circulate throughout assigned casino area and serve player guests on the Slots machines by redeeming winning voucher tickets, making change for players and assisting players with game rules.
• Accurately maintains money flow during shift, verifies jackpots, and promotes the Club card program while ensuring cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
