Job summary

The D Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Service Representative in the Slots department to welcome guests, verify jackpots, and assist players across properties. You will maintain service standards and help guests at their favorite machines while supporting promotions and club enrollment.

Ongoing responsibilities include promoting the players club, coordinating with technicians for repairs, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced casino environment in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to handle customer disputes in a professional and tactful manner.
• Must be able to obtain/renew government licenses, specifically a Nevada Gaming license, and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Promote Company Service Standards at all times.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests who play slot machines.
• Ensure prompt and accurate payout of jackpots.
• Encourage guests to enroll in the players club.
• Promote casino promotions and events.
• Alert technicians if repairs are needed.
• Assist guests to their preferred slot machines.
