Mystic Lake Casino seeks a Shift Manager for Club M to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and the execution of promotions at Mystic Lake and Little Six. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage event details, and maintain compliance across promotions and kiosks.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in hospitality or marketing, and availability for nights and weekends. Mystic Lake offers weekly pay, health benefits, and a 401(k) starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field with 2+ years of marketing or hospitality experience (casino experience preferred).
• 2+ years of formal or informal people leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with technology and multiple systems software.
• Requires regular night and weekend work.
