Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Slot Technician I to support the maintenance and operation of electronic gaming devices in our Maryland area venues. You will apply hands-on technical skills to keep machines functioning reliably, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and engaging gaming experience.

The role emphasizes quick repairs, accurate logging, and professional guest interactions on a fast-paced casino floor. A high school diploma and Maryland licensing readiness are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule; extended hours may be required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the Maryland license as mandated.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electronic gaming devices on the casino floor.
• Repair and maintain electronic gaming devices in the slot technical repair shop.
• Participate in installation, movement, repair, and removal of electronic gaming devices.
• Maintain proper gaming logs to comply with state and internal regulations.
• Ensure an enjoyable gaming experience by keeping equipment in top operating condition.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, cooperative, and professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Repair and maintain electronic gaming devices on the casino floor.
• Repair and maintain electronic gaming devices in the slot technical repair shop.
• Participate in installation, movement, repair, and removal of electronic gaming devices.
• Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state and or internal regulations.
• Ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for guests of Live! Casino and Hotel by maintaining the gaming equipment at the top level of proper operation.
• Ensure interaction with guests is friendly, cooperative and professional.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills to Help You Succeed:

• Knowledge of hand tools and electronic testing devices.

• Ability to read simple instructions.
• Ability to do routine troubleshooting.
• Ability to repair gaming devices.
• Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule. May require extended hours and work week from time to time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Physical Requirements:

• 5% Sitting
• 15% Standing
• 80% Walking
• Casino is over 300,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.
• Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.

Working Conditions:

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
• Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
• You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
