Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of guest service or casino operations experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
• Ability to learn slot machine payout procedures and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned slot sections to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide timely guest service by responding to service lights and assisting with jackpots.
• Process jackpots and redeem ticket vouchers accurately.
• Perform minor machine repairs and input jackpot data into the computer system.
