Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to obtain Colorado gaming license.
• Excellent guest service and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical ability.
• Accurate currency handling and transactions.
• Intermediate computer knowledge.
• Ability to speak and write English.
• Stand for duration of shift; lift up to 25–45 lbs.
• Must work all shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor slot performance and casino activity.
• Ensure slot machines are operable and repairable as needed.
• Verify jackpots and install TITO tickets.
• Process forms and documents per procedures.
• Communicate issues to management at appropriate times.
• Encourage player card sign-ups.
• Use radio device for timely communications.
