Qualifications

• Identify and report irregularities per Title 31.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Knowledge of Title 31 procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor currency transactions and complete logs and reports per Title 31.
• Repair minor machine malfunctions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Observe for illegal tampering or abuse of gaming machines.
• Coordinate with Managers and Security to detect and prevent cheating or damage.
