Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet slot players to establish customer relationships.
• Enroll new members and educate them on benefits of the GT Rewards.
• Promote and work events as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and take reservations.

• Contact Hosts when needed.
• Work casino floor on a rotating basis to introduce guests to the slot club.
• Take promotional pictures of Jackpot Winners and complete photo release forms.
• Comply with all health and safety standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
