Bally's Interactive in Evansville, IN is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to assist patrons with information, promote the Players Club, and uphold service standards in a busy casino setting.

This role emphasizes educating guests about benefits, handling inquiries, and supporting promotions while adapting to a 24/7 environment; it is on-site with opportunities to grow in guest relations and event support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with general information.
• Promote exceptional customer service.
• Promote membership into the Players Club.
• Educate patrons on Players Club benefits.
• Maintain daily procedures for Players Club members, including ID verification, filing and record keeping.
• Issuance of information as requested.
• Handle coupons and promotions on property.
• Make public announcements or special announcements.
• Process direct mail inquiries and update patron accounts.
• Take Jackpot Photos and fill out publicity paperwork.
• Clean the Players Club, kiosks, and signage on property.
• Assist with resolving player complaints and problems.
• Assist with promotional item implementation, distribution, and redemption.
• Knowledgeable of Indiana Gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Work in environments with smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Stand and walk for 7+ hours.
• Follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Be available for regular hours including holidays and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting all patrons with general information.
• Responsible for promoting exceptional customer service.
• Responsible for promoting membership into the Players Club.
• Responsible for educating patrons on the Players Club benefits.
• Responsible for maintaining daily procedures regarding the Players Club members, which includes discerning appropriate identification, filing and record keeping.
• Responsible for the issuance of information desired to be distributed.
• Responsible for coupons and promotions on property.
• Responsible for making public announcements or special announcements.
• Responsible for direct mail inquiries to include updating patrons account information and related duties.
• Responsible for taking Jackpot Photo’s and filling out the proper documentation for publicity.
• Responsible for cleaning the Players Club, marketing kiosks, and signage on Casino.
• Assists with the resolution of player complaints and problems.
• Assists with promotional item implementation, distribution, and redemption.
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Target Salary Range:

Hourly $15.00
