Job summary

Nisqually Red Wind Casino is seeking staff to ensure excellent guest service and accurate payouts on the gaming floor and at POS terminals. You will assist guests with jackpot payouts, explain slot play, and resolve minor machine issues.

The role requires math proficiency, cash handling experience, and flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. A Class III Gaming License is required or obtainable, with NRWC providing pre-employment testing and support.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and passing math quiz with 80% or higher.
• Cash handling experience of $1000 or more.
• Excellent guest skills.
• Ability to work productively.
• Ability to perform all job duties accurately.
• Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Open and close gaming machines.
• Deliver superior guest service on the floor and at the POS.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the gaming area.
• Make change for guests and pay out jackpots.
• Notify supervisor of irregularities in guest play or transactions.
