Job summary

Sugarbush Resort in Vermont seeks a Front Desk Agent for Clay Brook, a four-star slope-side residency. This full-time, year-round role features morning and evening shifts (7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm).

You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer questions, and process charges with care, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience at the resort. Prior hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required; training is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel/front desk is preferred, but training may be provided.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while handling multiple demands.
• Availability for a flexible workweek including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet owners/guests, answer phones, and check in/out.
• Provide information about the resort and local area.
• Process charges and balance guest accounts using resort information systems.
