Job summary

Sugarbush Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Clay Brook, a four-star luxury slope-side residency in Lincoln Peak Village. This full-time, year-round role offers morning to evening shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm) and pays $20 per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, check-in/out, and providing information about the resort and Mad River Valley. The role requires a friendly, professional attitude and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel/front desk is preferred, but training may be provided.
• Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor required.
• General computer knowledge and cashier/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet owners/guests and answer phones.
• Check owners/guests in/out and provide resort information.
• Process charges for resort products/services and balance accounts.
