Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately, work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills for precise handling of materials.
• Knowledge of production schedules, basic math, computer skills and data entry.
• Ability to read length measurements, gauges and meters.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitter according to procedures.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform safety inspections; document results.
• Record output on documents or in computer; participate in CI projects.
• Read tags, retrieve correct materials, and ensure quality control.
• Perform equipment changeovers and splices; enter data in SAP.
