Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Slitter Operator to set up and run slitter lines, ensure quality, and maintain production records. The role requires reading gauges, performing measurements, and adhering to safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions independently and work as a team.
• Excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production schedules, basic math, computer skills, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitter according to established procedures.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Read tags to ensure proper materials are retrieved/used; record outputs.
• Perform data-entry on SAP and maintain production records.
• Instruct trainees in slitter operation and record keeping.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and project meetings.
