Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues with equipment operation.
• Capable of multi-tasking the operation of production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a single or multiple blade slitter, rewind printed stock into equal rolls, with a tabletop edge.
• Load and unload roll on machine, must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Remove flagged defects from printed rolls and make registered splices.
• Start machine and observe flow of material through machine, make adjustment to machine according to material type.
• Secure completed rolls together and secure the rolls to a pallet for shipping.
• Clean Slitter and work area, keep daily time and production logs.
• Perform plant support activities.
• Basic Standup Pallet Jack Operation.
