Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand blue prints/shop drawings
• Must have forklift and overhead crane certification
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions
• Must be able to read a tape measure to within 1/32"
• Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people
• Must be able to perform simple mathematics and fractions to decimals

Responsibilities

• Operate a hand-held grinder to finish small part components.
• Load machine programs and operate as needed per product orders.
• Process material according to shop drawings using designated machines.
• Troubleshoot operating errors and determine resolutions.
• Maintain material traceability and perform light maintenance.
• Support lean, 5S and general housekeeping requirements.
• Collaborate with Shift Lead and Production Manager to meet production goals.
