Qualifications

• Must have five or more years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints/shop drawings and use a tape measure to 1/32 inch.
• Able to operate forklifts and overhead cranes and obtain certification.
• Proficient in basic mathematics and setting up machinery per specifications.
• Team oriented with strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinder and set up machines per shop drawings.
• Load programs, run production orders, and perform light maintenance.
• Troubleshoot operating issues and maintain material traceability.
• Support lean, 5S practices and maintain a safe, productive work area.
• Communicate effectively with Shift Lead and Supervisor.
