Job summary

Valmont Industries, Inc. in El Dorado, KS is seeking a CNC/Plasma Table Operator on the 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 2:30 am, Mon-Thu). You will program, set up, and operate plasma drilling equipment to cut steel sheets per shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Requires at least 1 year of heavy manufacturing experience, ability to read blueprints and tape measures, and comfort using an overhead crane. Starting wage is $26.32/hr plus $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of heavy manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read shop drawings and tape measures.
• Must safely operate overhead cranes and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and run plasma drill/table per drawings.
• Maintain quality by verifying dimensions and conformance.
• Keep work area clean and operate equipment safely.
• Assist with loading/unloading using the crane and PPE compliance.
