Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to engage customers in our retail showrooms. You will identify sleep needs, present personalized Sleep Number solutions, and promote promotional offers to drive satisfaction and sales.

You will also nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, maintain an inviting showroom, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen your selling skills. A flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude with drive to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
