Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks a Therapy Development Representative to educate providers in Washington, DC, grow the therapy pipeline, and convert patients to therapy. The role reports to the Regional Manager and collaborates with Territory Managers to support business initiatives.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales; willingness to travel; and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• Experience presenting to healthcare providers and influencing clinical decisions.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community and grow pipeline.
• Support referral channel growth and patient identification for therapy adoption.
• Coordinate with Territory Manager(s) and participate in community education events.
• Maintain CRM records of customer engagements and transitions from awareness to advocacy.
