Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Therapy Development Representative for Hackensack/N. NJ to grow our therapy adoption through targeted provider education and pipeline development.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers, educate PCPs and specialists, and drive referrals while maintaining CRM records. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of healthcare or medical device sales experience, with travel within the territory.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Weekly planning and execution of a customer targeting sequence.
• Develop customer confidence through education of PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology and other providers who treat/manage patients with OSA.
• Execute referral channel growth initiatives to increase patient identification and therapy adoption.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Partner with Territory Manager(s) to expand/deepen physician engagement and practice growth opportunities.
• Conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities and referral gaps.
• Support Territory Manager(s) in growing territory pipeline and increasing pipeline conversion.
• Logging customer engagements in CRM.
• Transition customers from unaware to advocacy belief.
• Creation of new physician profiles in CRM.
