Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Regional Field Trainer/Sales professional to educate providers, drive referral growth, and support therapy activation across designated territories. The role emphasizes building relationships with PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and other sleep-related providers to expand adoption of Inspire therapy.

An established track record in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers in your community to drive therapy development awareness.
• Support referral development and territory growth through provider education and engagement.
• Attend monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Partner with Territory Manager(s) on physician engagement and education initiatives.
• Document customer engagements accurately in CRM.
• Build provider awareness and ongoing engagement through approved education.
