Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sleep Support Specialist to optimize Inspire UAS therapy outcomes after implantation. This role provides expertise in clinical sleep medicine, including polysomnography and PAP management, and supports research development of Inspire UAS therapy.

The position requires hands-on training, on-site and remote troubleshooting, and close collaboration with field teams to ensure top-quality patient care and customer support across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a sleep laboratory with PSG responsibilities and a relevant certification (RPSGT/RST).
• 5+ years of experience in sleep medicine in a sleep clinic, sleep lab, or DME.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer training for Inspire UAS sites.
• Train customers to use the Inspire Programmer System.
• Train customers to use the current Inspire UAS titration algorithm and device programming.
• Assist with future development of the UAS titration algorithm.
• Develop and research training materials for sites.
• Provide on-site support for Inspire UAS titration sleep studies at night.
• Provide remote support for sleep studies.
• Assist with on-call therapy support line.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers for high-quality support.
• Work with a changing weekly schedule based on studies and needs.
