Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sleep Support Specialist to optimize Inspire UAS therapy outcomes after implantation. The role emphasizes clinical sleep medicine, polysomnography, PAP therapy and patient care management, including research support.

The ideal candidate will travel up to 50% for on-site and field support across sites. Responsibilities include training new customers, on-site and remote support, and collaboration with development teams for titration algorithm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year in sleep lab with PSG focus and relevant certification OR 5+ years in sleep medicine across clinics/lacations.
• Experience manually scoring/interpreting sleep studies.
• Familiarity with PSG software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for Inspire UAS titration studies, including night shifts.
• Train customers on Inspire UAS materials and tools.
• Support UAS titration algorithm development and clinical data collection.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility for night and day appointments.
• Assist with a patient-focused sleep care workflow and remote troubleshooting.
