Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Sleep Support Specialist to optimize UAS therapy outcomes after implantation. This role provides expertise in clinical sleep medicine, polysomnography, PAP therapy and patient care management to ensure Inspire therapy success and to aid R&D of UAS therapy.

You will train customers, support sleep studies on-site or remotely, and collaborate with field teams, adapting to a changing weekly schedule driven by studies and support needs.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of sleep lab experience with certification (RPSGT/RST or clinical sleep educator).
• 5+ years in sleep medicine field (clinic, lab or DME).
• Experience scoring sleep studies and knowledge of PSG software.
• Proficiency with EMR and patient tracking systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer training for new Inspire UAS sites.
• Train customers to use the Inspire Programmer System.
• Train customers on the UAS titration algorithm and device programming.
• Contribute to future development of the titration algorithm.
• Develop training materials for commercial and clinical sites.
• Provide on-site and remote support for sleep studies and troubleshooting.
• Support a therapy help line and collaborate with field teams.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure high-quality support.
