Job summary

The Sleep Support Specialist role at Inspire Medical Systems focuses on optimizing Inspire UAS therapy outcomes through expertise in sleep medicine, polysomnography, and patient care management. You will support clinical sites, train staff on the Inspire Programmer System, and assist with titration studies and algorithm development.

The role requires travel up to 50% and overnight studies as needed, with opportunities to contribute to R&D and training material improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sleep lab as sleep technologist or allied health professional with PSG certifications or related education.
• 5+ years in sleep medicine in clinic, lab, or DME setting are acceptable alternatives.
• Experience manually scoring/interpreting sleep studies.
• Familiarity with PSG software and EMR/patient-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training for new Inspire UAS sites and clinicians.
• Train customers to operate Inspire Programmer System and titration algorithms.
• Provide on-site and remote support for UAS titration sleep studies and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to updates of training materials and future algorithm improvements.
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure high-quality therapy support.
